Limits help keep cash outs predictable and make sure payback can be handled correctly. Depending on your employer, you may see one or more of these limits in the app.
Default limits:
Daily limit: $200
-
Disbursement amount
Minimum: $10
Maximum: $200
-
Total outstanding balance limit:
Weekly payroll: $1,400
Biweekly payroll: $2,800
Note: Your employer may use different limits. The limits shown in your app are the source of truth for your account.
1) Daily limits
What it means:
The maximum amount you can cash out in a single day.
How it works:
Your cash outs add up throughout the day.
Once you hit the daily limit, you won’t be able to cash out more until the limit resets (usually the next day).
Example:
If your daily limit is $200 and you cash out $60, you can cash out up to $140 more that day.
2) Max transaction amount
What it means:
The maximum amount you can cash out per cash out (per disbursement).
How it works:
Even if your available balance is higher, each cash out can’t exceed this amount.
You may be able to do multiple cash outs (as long as you don’t hit your daily limit).
Example:
If your max transaction amount is $100 and you have $200 available, you can cash out $100 at a time.
3) Total outstanding balance
What it means:
The total amount you’ve already cashed out that has not been repaid yet through payroll.
How it works:
Each cash out increases your outstanding balance.
Payback through payroll reduces it.
If you reach the maximum outstanding balance allowed, you won’t be able to cash out more until some of it is repaid.
Example:
If your outstanding balance limit is $1400 and you already have $1350 unpaid, you may only be able to cash out $50 more until payback happens.
If you can’t cash out because of a limit
You may still see an available balance in the app — the limit just prevents additional cash outs right now.
