Sometimes your shifts don’t appear in the app right away. Keeper receives shift/hour data from your employer’s system, and it can take time to sync.
What to expect
In most cases, shifts show up within 24 hours
Some employers require a manager approval step before hours are finalized and sent over
Try this first
Wait up to 24 hours after the shift ends
If your workplace uses approvals, confirm your shift was approved by your supervisor/manager
Close and reopen the app (or log out/in) to refresh
Contact support if
It’s been more than 24 hours
and
Your shift was approved (if your employer requires approval)
Please Include:
Full name + employer (and facility if applicable)
Date/time of the missing shift
Screenshot of your shifts screen (if possible)
