What is Keeper On-Demand Pay?
Keeper provides caregivers with instant, early access to their earned income, allowing you to choose when you want to get paid instead of waiting for your employer's set payday.
Can I change my payback date?
No, payback dates cannot be changed.
How do I unsubscribe from emails and text messages?
To stop receiving text messages, reply with STOP. For emails, click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email.
Can I cancel a transaction?
No, once funds have been sent, transactions cannot be canceled.
Can I recover a deleted account?
No, once an account is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Why is my debit card not connecting?
Debit card verification may take up to 5 minutes. Ensure:
- The card is not locked or expired.
- Newly issued debit cards have been active for at least 24 hours before verification.
How much does Keeper cost?
Keeper charges a flat service fee per transaction, which will always be clearly visible. We never charge interest.
When do I have to pay Keeper back?
Keeper will reclaim the funds on the corresponding payday for the shift that covers your earned wages. You can always check the app to see the repayment date for each withdrawal.
Is this a loan?
No, this is not a loan. A loan is money you haven’t earned. Keeper provides on-demand access to the wages you've already earned.
Does Keeper take over my payroll?
No, Keeper does not take over payroll. Depending on your agency's setup, Keeper may either integrate with their payroll system or your bank account to facilitate payments.
Can the limit be increased?
Unfortunately, this is our company policy, so the limit is set.
Why am I blocked from the app?
There was a failed payback on (blank date) for (blank amount).
Why do I get server error when I try to cash out?
I will create a ticket for you and have our It Tam look into this.
Why is my debit card not connecting?

Which banks are compatible with Keeper?
Keeper supports all major banks. However, we are not compatible with Discover, Wisely, Popular Bank, CashApp, Venmo, or Chime. No Prepaid cards are compatible with Keeper
Why is my bank account not connecting?
Ensure you are connecting to a checking account, as Keeper does not support savings accounts.
Why is my debit card not connecting?
Debit card verification may take up to 5 minutes. Ensure:
- The debit card is linked to the listed bank account.
- The card is not locked or expired.
- Newly issued debit cards have been active for at least 24 hours before verification.
- A bank account had been added before verifying debit card.
